Beauty and Health Tips For Women...

You’re NOT getting any younger!

Do you feel old with each passing birthday?

For me getting older is not the real problem, but looking older than my biological age would devastate me.

I don’t care what anyone tries to tell themselves, but the image that is reflected in the mirror has a tremendous impact on the way we feel about ourselves.

If we like what we see, we feel more confident and more self-assured.

If you don’t believe me, just watch makeover shows like “What Not to Wear”, “How to Look Good Naked” and “Time Gunn’s Guide to Style”! The participants give a very different vibe at the end of the show (after their makeover) compared to the way they looked at the beginning of the show.

Some might say that the need to look younger is all about vanity, but truth be told, we do care about our appearances and we do care about how we are perceived by others. And this resonates even louder as we age.

>>>> Women over 35 are saying “no” to looking old!

Look around you and you’ll see that many of your siblings, relatives, friends, colleagues, neighbors and contacts are taking a more assertive approach to the way they age. Countless numbers of everyday women are saying NO to aging like their mothers and grandmothers did because they’ve made the decision to take better care of their skin, hands, body and health.

>>>> I don’t know if this if for me because I’m a soap and water girl!

I’m happy you prefer keeping your beauty regime to a minimum. After all, who has time to fuss on themselves for two hours a day? That said, if your beauty regime consists of soap, water and a little body cream, you might be exposing yourself to pre-maturing aging in a way that will be difficult to reverse.

Soap is the best way to severely dehydrate your skin and not taking the new environmental realities into consideration as part of your beauty regime can have serious repercussions.

No one is suggesting that you spent half a morning on your beauty regime, but if you know what to do, you can spend 5 minutes in the morning using the right products that will ensure that you’ll have youthful looking skin for many birthdays to come.

>>>> Will you have to give up your Botox-budget?

Only a few months ago, women as young at 18 saw cosmetic injections and Botox Cosmetic® as the easy solutions to preserving their beauty forever.

Now that the economical tables have turned and that so many people find their beauty-budget cut to the bare minimal (very few women would be willing to go without food to afford Botox injections), it’s important to understand what you can and should do to ensure that you age-well … even on a budget.

Cosmetic procedures that were once the norm are becoming a lot harder to justify in this new recessionary economy.

Luckily for all of us, the Baby Boomer generation has given way to an entire beauty industry (outside of the cosmetic rejuvenation/enhancement industry) that allows you to use powerful rejuvenating products in the comfort of your own home to help you maintain glowing skin as you age.
